Transactions

All purchases are conducted through Escrow.com or a comparable third-party escrow service. Funds are released to the seller only upon confirmed transfer of the domain to the buyer.

No warranty

Domains are sold as-is. Buyers are responsible for trademark and legal clearance in their intended jurisdictions and industries.

GotNom acts as a broker between buyer and seller and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site or any domain transaction.
